They are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to provide excellent service by repairing and maintaining STIHL power equipment while also assisting customers on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs and routine maintenance on STIHL power equipment
Educate customers on proper use and care of STIHL tools
Provide outstanding customer service and support on the sales floor
Use basic computer programs for diagnostics and inventory tasks
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and reliable attendance
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude and experience with small engine repair (STIHL experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to demonstrate and explain equipment use
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturday or Sunday
