Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team delivering enhancements, support requests, and break-fixes within defined SLAs

Monitor and maintain Clarity/Caboodle systems for performance, stability, and data integrity

Implement and manage data quality, security, and compliance processes

Administer ETL workflows and manage custom table creation, extracts, and schema changes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users

Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer environments

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Chronicles

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights

Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support

Lead daily scrums and status reporting with leadership and project teams

Required

Epic Certifications: Active in Epic Clarity and Caboodle (required)

3+ years working with Epic Clarity/Caboodle (enhancements, break-fixes, and support)

5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations

Proven success in performance optimization, data warehouse management, and ETL process oversight

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment
