Responsibilities
Originate fresh, innovative creative ideas in a timely manner at all budget levels
Translate ideas across various media (TV, Digital, Print, Experiential, Branded Content, Social)
Ensure the quality of work produced is in line with agency and client expectations
Work with all departments in a collaborative, mutually respectful manner
Work on other luxury brands, as well as participate in new business pitches for luxury brands
Be responsible for developing ideas and creative work, and competently present that work
Maintain and support all company standards
Be nimble and flexible, performing other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Strong portfolio showcasing highly conceptual abilities, along with an awareness of high-end production experience necessary for luxury brands
Showcase impeccable writing skills with a love for story telling evident in your work, along with an understanding of the luxury market
The desire and ability to work collaboratively with a small team
TV/video content experience is necessary and should be showcased in your portfolio
Experience across disciplines (TV, Digital, Experiential, Branded Content, Social, Print)
A great command of the written word that enables you to connect with discerning luxury consumers
The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities
This role requires you to work onsite out of our 3WTC offices 3-4 days a week with the other day offsite
Preferred
Experience with automobile and/or luxury/premium brands is preferred
A great sense of current culture, and knowledge of, and passion for the social space is preferred
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
