The role involves providing administrative support to the management team, interacting positively with applicants, residents, and co-workers, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities
Answering a multi-line phone
Mail sorting, email, records filing, copying/scanning
Light cleaning of the front reception area before guests
Light cleaning in the model units before the guest
Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms for various meetings
Processing rent and preparing delinquency notices
Will learn and assist with processing applications and certifications which are governed under the affordable housing programs
Performs other duties as assigned
Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant would ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year in a customer service position
Working Knowledge of MS Office
English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
The ability to pass a full background check
Valid driver's license and vehicle required
