New Grad, Entry LevelRockford IceHogs is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Clerk to join their Business Operations team at the BMO Harris Bank Center. The role involves providing excellent guest service, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's appearance and stock levels.

Responsibilities
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service
Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue)
Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment
Maintain an awareness of all apparel/merchandise options
Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise
Maintain displays, neatness of store and proper signage
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games
Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
Preferred
Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills
