Responsibilities

Partner with the CCNA HR team on a variety of workplace matters (i.e. talent, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellness program)
Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
Create division-wide HR communications
Assist with the summer internship program
Additional projects as assigned

Required

Rising junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, economics or related field

Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
