New Grad, Entry LevelMassanutten Resort is seeking a Rental Shop Repair Technician to maintain and repair ski and snowboard equipment. The role involves tuning skis and boards, repairing damaged equipment, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Responsibilities
Tune skis/boards (by hand or machine)
Repair damaged skis, boots, poles, and etc
Mount and re-mount bindings and adjust in accordance with manufacturer standards
Test boot and binding systems for proper operation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Serve as an information source for guests
Handle and accept responsibility for large sums of money
Quote rates and give accurate information to resort guests
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Current technician and rental binding certifications (training provided)
Ability to maintain excellent records of duties performed and equipment test results
Ability to follow workplace safety policies
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Must be at least 18
Preferred
Prior experience in the repair shop of a ski/snowboard retail store
