Responsibilities

Prepare and process progress billings including materials, labor and margin breakdowns

Manage contract compliance and billing requirements for home builder accounts

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed

Validate pricing, job costs, and change orders before invoicing

Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate project documentation and revenue recognition

Provide strong customer service when working with contractors and builder representatives

Maintain accurate records in RollMaster

Support team operations and reporting as required
