Responsibilities
Conduct Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to ensure mechanical systems operate reliably through inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs
Troubleshoot and Diagnose Mechanical Failures in components like pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
Support Continuous Improvement by participating in Genba walks, analyzing KPIs, and adopting a zero-breakdown mindset
Maintain Technical Documentation including manuals, drawings, and maintenance logs for mechanical systems
Perform Component Lifecycle Analysis to schedule replacements based on wear patterns, historical data, and equipment tree parameters
Ensure Safety and Compliance by following mechanical handling procedures and safety regulations during all maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
HS Diploma required
Skilled in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret related technical drawings and schematics
Organized and disciplined in task execution
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with maintenance teams, suppliers, and production staff
Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet tools
Familiar with Maintenance Management Systems
Experience in COMOS and/or SAP considered a plus
Preferred
Preferred education in mechanical, electromechanical, or mechatronics
