Responsibilities
You'll define the long-term vision and strategy for a product area, ensuring it aligns with our overall goals
You'll create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring they are aligned with market needs and business objectives
You'll conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and validate product ideas
You'll manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and contains the necessary information for our development teams
You'll work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and executives, to ensure everyone is aligned and informed
You'll oversee the product development process, ensuring our products are developed and launched on time and within budget
Plan and execute product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful launch
Analyze product performance after launch, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience in software engineering
5+ years of experience in product management or technical leadership in B2B environments, with a strong preference for experience in AI
Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve product features
Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
