Responsibilities

Collaborative care model: Co-management with dedicated APP partners, team-based model supported by nurses, population health coordinators, social workers, and community health specialists
Technology that empowers: Integrated Epic EMR, AI-enabled ambient scribes, virtual in-basket triage, and centralized refill/prior authorization teams to streamline your workflow and free you to focus on patients
Sustainable work-life balance: A dedicated APP after-hours call team manages evening and weekend calls, with physician backup required approximately once every two years
Patient-centered approach: 30-minute visits and intentionally managed panel sizes to support continuity, quality, and connection
Compelling compensation: Competitive base value-based salary (not RVU driven) with transparent three-year ramp-up, generous sign-on bonus, and incentives aligned with quality and patient experience

Required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active or eligible for an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license (including MCSR and DEA)
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement
