Make and manage reservations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualification

Hotel front desk experienceOpera PMSCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsMultitaskingCalm under pressure

Required

Previous hotel front desk experience required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Must have open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

Experience with Opera PMS is strongly preferred
