Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Account Manager team
Drive weekly business development through coaching and field visits
Strengthen partner relationships and address issues quickly
Develop team members using Entrusted’s principles and marketing process
Ensure KPIs and scorecard goals are met
Manage the marketing budget effectively
Identify and develop future leaders
Lead team meetings and one-on-ones that drive growth
Collaborate with leadership and support recruiting efforts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands-on, face-to-face business development experience in the field
Proven leadership and coaching ability
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Strategic and organized problem-solver
Confident presenter and team motivator
Proficient with Microsoft and Google Suites
Strong work ethic and integrity
