Responsibilities
Respond to job leads by going to various clients' homes in our service territory
Build rapport and ask good, open ended questions to understand how we can serve our clients
Assess the damage within the home and thoughtfully propose potential solutions
Follow up with clients on questions and potential issues
Communicate internally with team members
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in face-to-face sales or field-based cold calling
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
