Responsibilities
Write high-performing copy across multiple channels — email, ads, landing pages, sales pages, and product launches
Translate the company’s brand voice into compelling messaging that converts and builds trust
Collaborate with the design, growth, and content teams to ensure creative alignment across campaigns
Use performance data to continuously optimise conversion rates and engagement
Research audience psychology, competitors, and market trends to refine tone, message, and offers
Support new product and course launches through marketing collateral and campaign storytelling
Maintain accuracy, authenticity, and creativity while balancing commercial goals
Qualification
Required
Degree or MBA
USA Citizen
3–7+ years' experience in direct response or performance copywriting, ideally within eLearning, digital education, or media brands
Demonstrate spotlight achievements, such as writing campaign copy that directly drove revenue growth or high conversion rates
Crafting landing pages, emails, or ads that achieved top 5% CTR or conversion performance
Contributing to brand voice evolution or scaling audiences through storytelling
Understand the psychology of persuasion and emotional resonance
Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led company where creativity and commercial outcomes go hand-in-hand
Based in Austin, TX or committed to relocating for hybrid collaboration with the creative and growth teams
