Responsibilities
Drive technical end-to-end solutions for clients as part of an integrated sales team
Specialize in pre-sales activities, acting as the technical subject matter expert on Spirent’s products and solutions
Understand customer requirements and determine the best solutions
Effectively communicate the value proposition of solutions to target customers
Participate in solution development, technical presentations, and design documentation creation
Assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process
Participate in the project specification process and act as a liaison between Spirent’s sales/business development and engineering groups
Lead key customer proof of concepts and engage directly with customers in support of the sales team’s objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience in Telecommunications and Networking
Ability to drive sales in the Federal segment in Test and Measurement and cellular technologies
Specialization in pre-sales activities
Technical subject matter expert on Spirent's products and solutions
Understanding customer requirements
Determining the best solutions
Effectively communicating the value proposition of solutions to target customers
Driving technical end-to-end solutions for clients as part of an integrated sales team
Solution development
Technical presentations
Design documentation creation
Assisting with technical questions or concerns during the sales process
Participating in the project specification process
Acting as a liaison between Spirent's sales/business development and engineering groups
Leading key customer proof of concepts
Direct customer engagement in support of the sales team's objectives
