Responsibilities

Responsible for oversight of all clinical services in the program, including assessment and intake processes, group facilitation, family therapy services and programming, individual therapy, aftercare planning, crisis stabilization, and utilization review
Provides clinical supervision and training for all clinical staff with structured onboarding processes, consistent supervision meetings, treatment team facilitation, and support staff training and guidance, along with appropriate documentation and tracking of all oversight activities
Collaborates with program and corporate leadership to develop annual clinical strategic plans for consistent refinement of clinical services
Participates in operational and clinical reviews to address documentation, EMR, billing, and sales/marketing issues
Responsible for client engagement and outcome measure completion as defined by facility standards
Responsible for addressing any other pertinent issues or barriers in clinical engagement and overall effectiveness of the program, implementing initiatives for improvement
Oversees clinical development through structured training in collaboration with Divisional Clinical Leadership in accordance with program and regional clinical philosophy and program-specific clinical strategic plans. This includes ongoing development of clinical curriculum
Participates in marketing meetings
Manages on-call clinical needs and provides crisis stabilization when needed
Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and accreditation laws/regulations and represents the program in internal and external audits
Other duties as assigned
Supervise all clinical staff to ensure proper training, guidance, and adherence to regulations

Required

Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling
Working towards a Master's level licensure: Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Professional Counseling, or certification by a statewide certification board (CAADC)
2 years of clinical experience in a health and human services agency
1 year of working directly with chemically dependent individuals
Candidate must be a LCADC, LCSWC, or LCPC
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Sound clinical judgment and excellent clinical skills
Ability to problem-solve by gathering and analyzing information
Ability to handle a crisis situation and react appropriately
A working knowledge of federal and state standards as well as regulating body standards
Ability to navigate and utilize EMR effectively
