Responsibilities

Expand Regional Market Share: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned region
Grow Existing Accounts: Develop and execute account strategies to increase share with current high-upside customers and re-engage inactive accounts
Strategic Selling: Collaborate with marketing and technical resources to design customized solutions that meet customer needs and align with Majestic’s growth objectives
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline using CRM and analytics tools; forecast and report accurately
Partnership Building: Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers across purchasing, operations, and engineering
Collaborative Execution: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience — from pricing and logistics to fulfillment and service
Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualification

Required

Marketing, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum three (3) years of sales or business development experience, within steel, metals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or related industry
Expertise in developing and managing OEM or large industrial accounts
Technologically savvy with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other Windows-based applications
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships and close deals
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively from a home office setting
Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed
Must be able to travel up to 80%, local and overnight

Preferred

Five (5) years of sales or business development experience, ideally within steel, metals, manufacturing or industrial distribution
