Responsibilities
Responsible for directing the sales function of a sales group
Develops the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the division
Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of a division's products and/or services
Manages all aspects of the sales function including inside sales, outside sales and customer service teams
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks, leads and directs the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field
At least 10 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Proven track record of profitable deals and experience in progressive sales roles
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market trends
Familiarity with CRM platforms
The ability to inspire and guide your sales team, set an example, and communicate clearly in pressure situations
