Responsibilities
Write engaging, high-impact scripts for YouTube videos, short-form social clips, podcasts, and online courses
Translate complex business, investing, and mindset ideas into concise, story-driven narratives
Collaborate with the CEO, content strategists, and video editors to ensure story flow and tone are consistent and powerful
Research trends, topics, and formats that align with the brand’s message and community
Adapt long-form concepts into short, snappy social-first versions (and vice versa)
Contribute to creative brainstorms, campaign concepts, and editorial direction
Track performance data and viewer engagement to refine future scripts and formats
Qualification
Required
Degree or MBA
USA Citizen
3–7+ years' experience writing video, podcast, or course scripts within digital media, eLearning, or online coaching brands
Spotlight achievements, such as writing scripts or campaigns that achieved high view counts, engagement, or conversion
Developing story frameworks for successful YouTube channels, courses, or event productions
Crafting scripts that transformed audience complexity into clarity and impact
Deep understanding of tone, pacing, and visual storytelling
Comfortable writing for on-camera talent with a conversational, authentic voice
Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment that values initiative, originality, and clarity
Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate for in-person creative collaboration
