Responsibilities

Strategize. From first principles, by mapping selection whitespace by retailer type, geo, and category to unlock product availability for our customers
Operate. Stand up 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs and turn wins into scalable processes
Analyze. Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
Build. Translate sales-cycles and GTM needs into requirements and co-lead product feature development
Lead, collaborate and Influence. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to unlock partnerships, growth and quality to scale retail presence across the country

Required

1-3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and cross-functional environment (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related experience)
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc
Comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities
Ability to strategize by mapping selection whitespace by retailer type, geo, and category
Ability to operate by standing up 0→1 pilots, building dashboards, managing week-over-week KPIs, and turning wins into scalable processes
Ability to analyze by building models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
Ability to build by translating sales-cycles and GTM needs into requirements and co-leading product feature development
Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Ownership mentality with a focus on improving work outcomes and scaling learnings through playbooks and SOPs
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to build from the ground up
Analytical skills with comfort in using data to support arguments and pulling data in SQL
Adaptability in chasing new tools and ways to become more efficient, including the use of AI
Comfort operating at both high-level strategic thinking and detailed execution
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments and embrace rapid change and learning
