Senior Customer Trust Analyst

Abnormal AI is seeking a motivated Senior Customer Trust Analyst to join their Security & Privacy team. This role focuses on leading customer trust initiatives for financial institutions, managing security questionnaires, and refining compliance strategies to support winning deals in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of security and privacy questionnaires, applying audit methodologies to ensure accuracy, defensibility, and completeness
Translate Abnormal’s controls and policies into bank-ready trust responses, mapping them against relevant regulatory frameworks
Develop and maintain auditor-grade documentation, ensuring content is evergreen and aligned with external standards
Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product to refine trust communications for financial institution due diligence
Partner with sales to support security questionnaires with audit-ready deliverables that accelerate bank deal cycles
Use data-driven analysis to identify control gaps, trends, and process risks; present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Act as a liaison with bank auditors and compliance stakeholders to build confidence in Abnormal’s trust program
Drive continuous improvement by embedding audit best practices into trust operations

Required

4+ years in Big 4 audit, advisory, or technical compliance roles, ideally supporting financial services clients
Strong familiarity with banking compliance standards (GLBA, SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC)
Demonstrated success supporting third-party risk assessments and due diligence for banks or highly regulated enterprises
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to craft audit-ready reports and executive-facing trust narratives
Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading multiple concurrent compliance projects
Collaborative mindset, with experience coordinating across legal, compliance, product, and sales teams

Preferred

Direct experience in winning or enabling deals with banks through security and compliance assurance
Prior consulting experience supporting large-scale vendor risk assessments or bank audits
Familiarity with GRC platforms (Safebase, ServiceNow)
Relevant certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISSP
SaaS industry experience with emphasis on trust, compliance, or privacy
