Responsibilities

Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output

Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator

Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently

Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures

Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area

Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary

Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor

Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements

Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise

Qualification

Printing machine operationPrint production softwareMachinery handlingAttention to detailTeam cooperation

Required

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions

Skilled in handling and operating machinery

Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time

Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets
