Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with title agents, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns
Identify opportunities for business growth and work with existing and prospective title agents to capitalize on these opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing queries from customers and resolving issues promptly
Conduct training sessions for title agents to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making
Generate regular reports on relationship management activities, client feedback, and business development progress

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the title insurance industry
Valid Driver's License
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
A team player with the ability to work independently
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
