Responsibilities

Lead AV project planning, execution, and post-event review for 55–70 annual events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and event objectives

Oversee AV inventory management, equipment rentals, and vendor partnerships, optimizing resources and budget

Collaborate with presenters and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful presentations, including media integration and rehearsal support

Direct onsite AV setup, live event monitoring, and technical troubleshooting, serving as the primary point of contact for all AV-related matters

Develop and implement AV standards, templates, and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across recurring event types

Train and mentor internal staff on AV best practices, troubleshooting, and presentation technologies

Research and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., hybrid platforms, LED walls, wireless systems) to enhance event delivery

Manage relationships with external AV vendors and venues, ensuring compatibility, quality, and compliance with Federation standards
