Responsibilities

Lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness

Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines

Proven results towards continuous improvements

Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning

Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction

Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere

Required

3+ years of engineering experience launching product

Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus
