The Staff Product Manager will lead the expansion of the Direct Debit product, managing the roadmap and launching new features to meet the needs of enterprise clients across multiple markets.

Responsibilities
Lead the roadmap for Direct Debits across both funding and collections
Expand product coverage from 5 to 20 markets, guided by client demand and risk/revenue alignment
Launch programmable, faster settlement options and orchestrated flows (e.g., retries, on-demand billing)
Align with Risk, Ops, and Legal on return handling, SLAs, and regulated rollout criteria
Partner with third-party providers where needed to accelerate corridor expansion
Work closely with enterprise clients to support high-value flows across global regions
Qualification
Required
6–10 years in product management, including 3+ in payments, banking, or fintech infrastructure
Deep understanding of Direct Debits, including ACH, SEPA Core/B2B, return handling, and risk tiers
Experience with use cases involving account-to-account funding, Request to Pay, or merchant acquiring via non-card rails
Proven track record managing complex roadmaps and launching products across multiple countries
Strong collaboration with engineering, risk, compliance, and go-to-market teams
Ability to balance client urgency, product complexity, and operational constraints
