Responsibilities

Create and maintain crucial pieces of software

Write and optimize code that creates a bridge between pieces of software, allowing them to communicate

Support the development of systems, sites, and tools for clients

Write, test, and edit code in support of the team’s overall results

Develop and reverse engineer software that supports hardware functionality on a wide range of devices

Configure solutions based on the platform being used

Partner with team leadership to troubleshoot and correct operational issues

Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to ensure that the software is secure

Required

4+ years of experience in programming with object-oriented programming languages

4+ years of experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, or developing UNIX applications using make files or a build environment

Experience developing complex programs using C, C++, and Python

Experience implementing software life cycle management requirements, including design, develop, test, validate, or deploy

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bachelor's degree in a CS field and 1+ years of experience with embedded development, or 4+ years of experience with embedded development in lieu of a degree
