Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and correct known issues in a timely manner

Troubleshoot mechanical issues in warehouse equipment

Correct faults and perform minor maintenance tasks

Report software and hardware malfunctions to the appropriate team

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Be 18 years of age or older

Thorough knowledge of computer functions and strong computer operation skills

Work well with others

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work nights and/or weekends

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely

Preferred

1+ years of experience working with computer systems preferred
