Responsibilities

Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning

Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and responsibilities

Product Design Experience in circuit design and component selection

Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. controls, programming, launch

Experience in quoting, price negotiation, etc…

Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus

Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
