Responsibilities
Join a driven team of student entrepreneurs selling home pest-control services door-to-door across some of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S
Learn how to communicate, persuade, lead, and win while earning uncapped commissions and building lifelong skills
Master influence, negotiation, and people skills
Set goals and execute with discipline and accountability
Gain real business experience — lead generation, marketing, time management, and closing deals
Understand the psychology of sales and personal performance
Build and manage your own sales team (for those who advance)
Qualification
Required
College students and young adults
Competitive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
Excited about entrepreneurship, sales, or leadership
Hungry to break out of the average and make serious money
Willing to relocate for the summer and put in the work
