Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers in the St. Louis area
Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and local market conditions
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, agents, and team members
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the showing calendar efficiently
Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light during showings
Gather and relay client feedback to the listing agents and team for follow-up
Support the team with administrative tasks related to showings and client interactions
Qualification
Required
Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple property showings efficiently
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a top real estate team
Proficient with mobile technology and real estate software tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Proven experience as a real estate showing partner or similar role preferred
Additional real estate certifications a plus
