Work directly with the leadership team in Portland, Maine
Split time between M&A work and working with operating companies on challenges related to sales, operations, HR, finance, and technology
Be part of the senior leadership team at one of the companies, working alongside the CEO
Step into the primary leadership role at one of the companies
Qualification
Required
MBA degree or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to solve problems in an agile, creative, and decisive manner
Analytical proficiency
An inherent curiosity and passion for learning
Open to relocation with the US and Canada, based on business need and acquisition location
