Responsibilities
Strategize. From first principles, by mapping selection whitespace by retailer type, geo, and category to unlock product availability for our customers
Operate. Stand up 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs and turn wins into scalable processes
Analyze. Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
Build. Translate sales-cycles and GTM needs into requirements and co-lead product feature development
Lead, collaborate and Influence. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to unlock partnerships, growth and quality to scale retail presence across the country
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years of experience in similar cultures that are highly analytical and cross-functional (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience)
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc
Ability to build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
Experience in strategizing and mapping selection whitespace by retailer type, geo, and category
Experience in operating and managing week-over-week KPIs and turning wins into scalable processes
Ability to translate sales-cycles and GTM needs into requirements and co-lead product feature development
Experience in leading, collaborating, and influencing cross-functional teams and external vendors
Comfortable operating at both high-level strategy and detailed execution
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments and be creative and scrappy
