The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP/HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring all members are aligned with project goals and deadlines
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the construction phase
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are designed and installed according to specifications and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP/HVAC project management
Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and related technologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management software and tools
