Responsibilities
Own the Proposal Strategy: Lead the creation of customer pitch and proposal materials that clearly communicate business value and transformation impact
Deep-Dive Discovery: Research customer operations, pain points, and market trends to position our AI solutions as strategic enablers of growth
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer data to uncover quantifiable value and translate it into actionable business cases
Consulting & Storytelling: Synthesize complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable insights and proposals
Onsite Expert Support: Join Field Sales in customer discussions, offering both technical and strategic expertise
Presentation Excellence: Develop and deliver powerful, story-driven presentations that captivate and convince
Qualification
Required
Japanese–English bilingual proficiency (required): Comfortable communicating complex technical and business topics fluently in both languages
Strong data analytics ability — familiarity with SQL or AI concepts is highly valued
Background in consulting, pre-sales, or business strategy, with a proven ability to connect data with business outcomes
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Quick learner able to adapt to different industries and business contexts rapidly
Preferred
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or understanding of industrial operations
