Oversee all phases of commercial roofing and waterproofing projects, including planning, execution, and closeout

Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment

Manage subcontractors and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues related to delays, materials, or labor

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications

Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks

Prepare and present project reports, change orders, and cost tracking documentation

Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
