Sr. Analyst, Wholesale Planning
Vistra Corp. is a global leader in the energy sector, and they are seeking a Senior Analyst for their Wholesale Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role focuses on driving financial projections, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and providing insights into financial performance across various business lines.

Responsibilities
Support Wholesale financial performance analysis across multiple lines of business and regional markets throughout the country
Understand interaction of financial drivers and drill into variances to Plan and prior year to find meaningful business impacts
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and communicate results to business leaders
Assist in coordinating and developing budgets
Drive process improvements
Analyze competitors and energy market dynamics
Review budgets and financial plans submitted by lines of business, and provide constructive feedback to businesses
Solve problems that require constructive thinking and imaginative approaches using data-driven analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or other analytical field required
3+ years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience gained through work experience and/or a graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Experience working with data and ability to query and analyze data in an efficient manner
Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills
Working knowledge of key financial, accounting and business metrics
