Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
Assist clients with scheduling appointments and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless showing experience
Collaborate with real estate agents to prepare homes for showings, including staging and maintenance coordination
Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and property availability
Support marketing efforts by capturing photos and videos during showings for promotional use
Uphold company standards of customer service and professionalism at all times during client interactions
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
Ability to navigate and provide accurate information about local neighborhoods and properties
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
Real estate license is required within 30 days of hire
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
Knowledge of St. Louis real estate market is an advantage
