Chase is seeking a Global Technology Transformation Program Manager, Senior Associate to support strategic program execution within their Global Technology Finance and Business Management organization. This role involves managing complex initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring effective governance of critical programs to achieve targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support central oversight and management for complex, highly visible programs from program inception through execution

Liaise across Lines of Business program governance, including program risks and issues management, to efficiently formulate and mobilize mitigation and resolution steps where needed

Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and tradeoffs to inform program timelines, execution models and strategic investment decisions

Develop senior level presentations and present in meetings with Technology, Finance and Operating leadership

Support leaders across the GT Strategic Program Execution team in a shared model by providing analysis, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating cross-LOB initiatives

Required

4+ years of experience in management consulting, technology finance, and/or project management

Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills

Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with ease and under pressure

Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to forge relationships, indirectly lead, influence, and gain consensus on process

Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources

High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness

Proactive and entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong ability to articulate concepts and strategies effectively
