As a Lead Furniture Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely and efficient installation services while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Learn and adhere to all furniture manufacturer installation guidelines
Work closely with Lead Installer and Installation Team to provide installation, reconfiguration and decommissioning services
Load, unload, receive and/or verify furniture and other product
Stay current on new products and installation methods
Maintain tool box with required tools
Level, adjust, repair or wipe down furniture as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times
Ensure jobsite is clean and all surfaces are dust-free upon project completion
Immediately report any unsafe conditions or equipment
Immediately report any damages, errors or omissions
Assist with people, content and/or furniture moves as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Professional communicator
Ability to pivot quickly with shifting demands
Effective problem solver
Mechanical aptitude
2+ years' experience installing systems furniture or carpentry
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred
Class E license
