Responsibilities
Lead the creative team through all stages of the production process, from concept development to final delivery
Develop innovative and visually compelling concepts for projects, including CG animations, stills, and interactive
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, providing strategic creative direction that aligns with their goals
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Mentor and inspire the creative production team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into the creative process where applicable
Maintain Transparent House’s reputation for creativity, innovation, and excellence, ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards
Work closely with executive producers, project managers, and other departments to streamline workflows and optimize production processes
Qualification
Required
Strong background in CG production
Experience in digital content creation
Proven skills in visual storytelling
Ability to lead a creative team through all stages of the production process
Experience in developing innovative and visually compelling concepts for projects
Ability to collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives
Experience in providing strategic creative direction
