Support project on Redzone upgradation

Update SOPs, Work instruction and upload on Redzone

Understand Redzone data and interaction with users

Involve on training employees on redzone in the floor

Understand data requirement and provide analytical support

Required

Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Strong business acumen and analytical ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Effective problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a bias for action

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau

Exposure to manufacturing environments

Coursework or projects involving SOP creation and data analysis

Access to local housing and reliable transportation

Availability to work full-time during the internship period

Preferred

Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation and ability to train others

Strong analytical aptitude and experience in report creation

Passion for the Food and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Knowledge of and interest in PIM Brands' business

Leadership experience on or off campus

Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
