Lead Buyers Agent Partner- Tacoma Washington
The Medford Real Estate Team is a dynamic real estate organization expanding into the Tacoma area, offering a supportive environment for experienced selling agents. The role focuses on executing lead generation systems, conducting open houses, and consulting with buyers to facilitate home purchases.

Responsibilities
Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Conduct four open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
MUST have an active Washington State Real estate license
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with strong time management skills
Ability to operate independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting
Proficient in fundamental computer applications and open to embracing emerging technologies
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
Strong passion for the real estate industry, accompanied by a dedication to continuous professional development
