Responsibilities
Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
Manage database and productivity reports
Commit to skill development through education and script practice
Become a real estate local expert
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
MUST have an active Washington State Real estate license
Proven track record of contributing closed GCI from appointments set and held transactions within the last 12 months
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and thrive in people-focused environments
Driven by a passion for sales and converting prospects
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up routines
Committed to collaboration and achieving team-based objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in telephone communication
Strong time management and organizational skills
Quick learner with the ability to effectively memorize and apply scripts
Cooperative team member
Minimum of a high school diploma
