They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will be responsible for building full-stack software, with a strong emphasis on design and user experience, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and owning project outcomes.

Required

5 Years of relevant experience

Previous full-stack, backend or platform experience in user facing distributed applications on the public facing internet

Typescript

AWS (or similar public cloud experience)

Node.js (or similar such as Deno)

Building RESTful APIs (or GraphQL)

Sveltekit (or similar such as Next.js, Astro, Gatsby, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Ruby on Rails)

Infrastructure as Code (basic experience with Terraform)

PostgreSQL (or similar RDBMS)

Reviewing code of peers

Experience working on critical software and platforms where usability and reliability are basic requirements

Understanding of how compliance and/or business requirements affect all aspects of delivering software

Understanding the power and pitfalls of Distributed Software

Experience using LLMs and coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex)

Preferred

HIPAA experience not required but a plus
