Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for the family office and related entities

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Coordinate with external advisors including tax professionals, legal counsel, and investment managers

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for family stakeholders

Monitor investment performance and assist with portfolio reporting

Handle trust and estate accounting, philanthropic initiatives, and other family-related financial matters

Support strategic financial decision-making and long-term planning

Required

Proven experience in a family office setting, ideally in a Controller or light CFO capacity

Excellent communication and organizational skills
