Responsibilities
Develop best-in-class treatment practices and innovative business strategies that are aligned with Premier’s mission and values
Build trusting relationships and maintain continuity of care
Provide general dentistry for pediatrics and adults
Partner closely with medical and pediatrics teams to provide quality health care
Promote dental education in prevention, health management, and self-advocacy
Help improve care delivery through Quality Improvement initiatives
Mentor others and contribute to a positive clinical culture
Travel across Premier's sites to engage with providers and drive engagement amongst the team
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of dental medicine
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Florida
Ten (15) years proven successful experience as a dental practitioner
Experience with healthcare information systems, such as an electronic health record (EHR)
Experience in a multiple provider dental practice
Ability to maintain appropriate clinical privileges as required
Current BLS certification
Eligible to obtain and maintain a federal and state narcotic registration
Obtain and maintain Epic certification/ annual compliance training throughout employment
Preferred
Completion of an accredited general practice residency program is preferred
Five (5) years' experience as a senior/ director/ dental lead level leadership experience strongly preferred
