Qualification
Required
Experienced attorney in commercial contracting, procurement, or information technology
Strong focus on client service
Strong communication skills
Strong time management skills
Licensed in the jurisdiction where the attorney will telecommute
Ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts
Preferred
Four or more years of commercial contracting, procurement, or information technology experience
