Responsibilities
Lead sales growth, market development and key account management across the entire U.S. market
Expand the presence of Anton Paar ConsumerTec in the U.S. markets, starting with EasyDens digital density meter and SmartRef digital refractometer
Identify and onboard resellers, retail partners, and distribution channels nationwide
Boost direct-to-consumer sales through leading U.S. e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com, specialty retailers, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team to position our products across North America
Develop and execute a local sales strategy with measurable KPIs and long-term growth targets
Report directly to the Anton Paar ConsumerTec headquarters in Austria
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in consumer product sales, market development, or e-commerce
Proven track record building or expanding sales channels in the U.S., ideally in smart devices, or lifestyle tech
Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build something new
Strong familiarity with the U.S. retail and e-commerce landscape
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, trade shows, or occasional international visits
